Refund Policy

Digital Products

All template purchases are non-refundable after the remix link has been delivered, because the product is digital and can be instantly accessed and copied.

Exceptions

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase only if:

• There is a technical failure preventing you from remixing the project on Lovable.
• You were charged in error.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate loss of access to all purchased templates.
