1. Agreement
By purchasing a template from Bluegrass Digital Forge, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. License
Upon successful payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to remix and use the template for your own business or project. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original template files.
3. Payments & Delivery
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. After payment is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to remix the project on Lovable.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
Templates may not be used for illegal activities, adult content, or any purpose that violates applicable laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or modification of our templates.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.
